General Guideline for Submissions

If you have an item or a picture that you would like to share with others viewing this website, we would be pleased to include it on the site.
Here is a guideline for all submissions:
  1. Please send your item to the appropriate person. If you cannot figure out who that is, please contact the site manager and you will be pointed in the right direction.
  2. Please type you submission. Scanned copies of the item can be accepted but it just means that the administrator for that section would have to type it into the database. It is much easier if the typing is already done.
  3. Picture sizes - file can be no larger than 100kb; measurements should be no larger than 600 X 450. To determine these requirements - find the picture on your hard drive and just hold your mouse over it, don't click, and you should get a little box which will tell you all of this. If your picture is too large, you will have to reduce the size. Some email programs will do that automatically for you when you go to send it however, if yours doesn't, you will need a picture editing program. If all else fails, send the picture to the site manager and it will be reduced and sent back to you in the correct size and then you can continue on with your submission.
  4. Always include your name with your submission. We want to give credit to the right person.
  5. All submissions must have a connection to Lunenburg or Queens Counties.
  6. Your email must state that you would like us to use the item on the website.
